The CP7801-0001 is an industrial control panel engineered by Beckhoff under the reputable CP panel PC series. Products from the CP78XX incorporate a thin-film transistor display, available in various sizes and resolutions. In particular, CP7801 has a diagonal display dimension of 12 inches at a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. For monitors and displays, screens with a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels are also called SVGA. For monitoring and control purposes, the CP7801-0001 also provides a touch-screen interface where you can easily adjust system parameters with a single touch.
The CP7801-0001 comes with a built-in grounding electrode and three communication interfaces. The grounding electrode is where you connect a cable or conductor to physically ground the device and prevent unintentional electric shock. The first socket on the CP7801-0001’s rear side is dedicated for the DVI-compatible devices. The DVI interface receives video and graphics signals from another unit, usually an industrial PC. Meanwhile, the remaining two sockets are for the power supply unit and the USB input. With the panel’s protective aluminum casing, the device is protected from the intrusion of foreign particles and low-pressure liquids.
