The CP7732-1207-0030 is an industrial panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. The unit integrates an IPC-class motherboard, a projected-capacitive display, and field I/O connectors inside a single housing, allowing it to control packaging, assembly, or material-handling cells. By combining processing, visualization, and network access, it can replace separate box PCs and monitors, simplify cabinet layouts, and shorten cable runs in automated installations. In typical automation architectures, it can host TwinCAT runtime or other soft PLC software while simultaneously presenting web-based dashboards for equipment monitoring and operation.
Power is supplied at 24 VDC, and the internal regulators permit continuous operation down to a minimum of 22 V, so brief dips in the auxiliary supply do not trigger a reboot. The M12 power inlet uses a 4-pin M12 connector rated for 16 A, providing a secure power connection suitable for industrial installations. For convenient wiring, the spring-clamp terminals inside the mating plug accept conductors up to 1.5 mm². Nonvolatile data and operating system images reside on a CFast module, providing removable solid-state storage in a compact format. The device has a shock resistance of 5 G for 30 ms, helping it withstand brief mechanical impacts during machine operation. It also tolerates 95% noncondensing humidity without functional loss. Its emissions comply with EN 61000-6-4, while its immunity complies with EN 61000-6-2, supporting operation near servo drives and switching power supplies.
