The CP7702-0001-0030 is a panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Intended to serve as a combined visualization and control node on the machine front, it integrates a touchscreen interface for direct operator input. The aluminum front measures 426 mm high and 395 mm wide, contains no dedicated function keys, and provides four M6 × 18 mm mounting holes for attachment to swing arms or cabinet doors. Its flush glass surface simplifies cleanup in food or packaging areas, and the shallow housing allows installation in cabinets where depth is limited.
Processing tasks are handled by an Intel Atom Z510 running at 1.1 GHz, a low-power CPU suited for fanless designs. The board is paired with 1 GB DDR2 RAM so the operating system and TwinCAT runtime can remain resident without swapping. Program code and boot files reside on a 128 MB CompactFlash module, which withstands vibration better than rotating media. Network connectivity is supplied through 2 x Gigabit RJ45 ports that permit separate control and diagnostics segments, and they support auto-negotiation for mixed 100 Mb and 1 Gb networks. For legacy devices, a standard RS-232 interface with full handshake lines is available for barcode scanners or UPS links, reducing the need for external converters.

Its front bezel carries an IP65 rating, allowing washdown during line changeovers without additional sealing, while the rear remains open for convection cooling inside the cabinet. Internal electronics operate from a single 24 V DC supply, allowing connection to common control-cabinet power buses and maintaining isolation from mains voltages.
