This unit integrates an embedded computer, display, and capacitive touch interface into a single housing suited for machine-level visualization and control. Designed for mounting-arm installation, the panel connects directly to plant networks and field devices, allowing HMI and soft PLC tasks to operate at the equipment without an additional cabinet PC.
The communication interface uses an RJ45 Push-Pull connector, with one physical Ethernet port available for controller, programming, or diagnostic traffic. Cable runs can extend up to 100 m, matching standard Cat 5e infrastructure in the plant. The board inside the housing follows the compact 3.5-inch motherboard format, allowing fanless heat transfer to the aluminum front. Operation relies on a nominal 24 VDC supply that can be wired through redundant terminals to maintain operation during line voltage dips. The front glass supports touchscreen interaction, so parameter changes and alarm resets can be performed directly on the panel.
