The CP7202-0011-0000 is a fanless Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for machine-level visualization and soft PLC execution, the device combines an industrial touchscreen with an x86 processor platform, making it a compact supervisory node in distributed automation architectures. It replaces separate PCs and operator panels, allowing Windows-based control software to run directly on the equipment. The fanless design also reduces maintenance requirements and prevents cooling fans from drawing airborne contaminants into the housing.
It features a front housing sealed to the IP65 protection rating, so dust and low-pressure water jets cannot reach the internal electronics through the front of the panel. A 24 VDC power supply unit feeds the motherboard, reducing wiring complexity inside the control cabinet. Network integration is provided through one RJ45 Ethernet port that supports real-time fieldbus protocols. Program execution and buffering rely on fast DDR4 RAM, while the permissible operating temperature extends up to +45 °C, allowing the panel to run near heat-generating drives without derating. Input tolerance extends from 22 VDC up to 30 VDC, helping the system remain stable during supply fluctuations. The panel withstands continuous vibration with a displacement of 0.035 mm between 10 and 58 Hz and an acceleration of 0.5 G between 58 and 500 Hz. This vibration resistance supports installation on gantries and mobile machinery where sustained mechanical movement may occur. The maximum permissible relative humidity is 95% noncondensing, supporting operation in humid industrial settings while preventing moisture accumulation inside the housing. During warehouse storage, the unit accepts temperatures as high as +65 °C, and its internal mounting frame helps protect components from shock.
