The CP7202-0001-0000 is a fanless Panel PC developed by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Intended for installation on machine doors or cabinet fronts, it combines an industrial computer, display, and touchscreen so that visualization, control logic, and data acquisition run in the same housing. When deployed in an automation cell, the device serves as the local human-machine interface and simultaneously executes real-time tasks, eliminating separate PLC hardware and reducing panel space.
For electrical integration, the electronics accept a supply range of 22-30 VDC, covering the tolerance of common 24 V control power nets. The processing electronics are seated on a 3.5-inch motherboard and use DDR4-RAM to sustain high data throughput for motion sequences or trending. Network connectivity is provided by one RJ45 (X106) port, allowing direct Ethernet or EtherCAT coupling to drives and I/O. The aluminum front is sealed to IP65, so the panel endures oils, dust, and pressurized cleaning water on the shop floor.
