The CP7201-1017-0000 is a compact and durable panel PC unit built by Beckhoff Automation to provide a convenient visualization and communication interface for sophisticated automation processes. The product is designed to be installed on a mounting arm support which places it in a position that facilitates easy interaction. This product represents an impressively powerful platform for use in axis control, HMI applications, IoT tasks, and high-volume data handling. The panel PC is also very durable and can comfortably withstand interference from water spray or dust. The impressive quick data processing ability and the response of this display unit is due to the latest Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 processor it contains. The product also features a display that maintains a resolution of approximately 800 x 600 pixels.
The CP7201-1017-0000 requires 24 volts of direct current during operation; however, it does not have its own power on and off switch. The display will come on as soon as the power supply unit is switched on. There is a 3.5 inch motherboard, a 2.5 inch hard disk, and a DDR4-RAM. The storage media and the battery equipped present in this display might require periodic replacement after about 5 to 10 years; they can be accessed through the side cover of the product. The connection interface through which this display is supplied with electrical energy and digital signals can be found behind the device. These interfaces also meet the IP65 protection rating of the whole product.
