The CP7132-0001-0050 is a fanless Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff and assigned to the CP Panel PC Systems series. As a combined operator interface and control platform, the unit mounts on the machine front to run HMI software, execute PLC tasks, and route field data directly to the plant network. Its integrated display and industrial touch input allow operators to supervise motion, alarms, and recipe parameters without separate computers.
The panel integrates a 15-inch TFT that renders process graphics at 1024 × 768 pixels and uses a resistive touch screen for direct command entry. Input is possible through the alphanumeric front keyboard or the resistive touch screen. The operating window spans 0 °C to 45 °C with ambient humidity up to 95 % RH, supporting installation in humid packaging or bottling halls. These operating conditions apply while the panel is installed in a sealed enclosure. The shallow depth leaves clearance for cabinet wiring, and the bezel edge is gasketed to maintain the IP65 seal during door vibration.
