The CP7130-1016-0010 panel PC is produced by Beckhoff and belongs to the CP Panel PC Systems series. It integrates a TFT touchscreen, an embedded motherboard, and field wiring into a sealed front unit so it can serve as the primary operator interface on automated lines and machines. By combining visualization, data processing, and network connectivity in a single enclosure, the unit supports direct mounting on swing arms or support brackets on the production floor.
Its power section is designed for industrial 24-volt supplies. The logic accepts a nominal input of 24 VDC, draws up to 10 A at 22 V, and limits consumption to 150 W. Power enters through a 7-pin connector that also routes ground and ignition contacts. The aluminum rear housing has an IP65 rating, shielding the electronics against dust and low-pressure water jets. Two shielded 10/100Base-T RJ-45 ports provide separate machine and plant network connections, while the onboard PIII motherboard supports legacy ISA bus cards. Continuous operation is permitted in environments up to 95% relative humidity without condensation, and the unit’s alphanumeric membrane keyboard allows direct data entry for setup pages, alarms, and recipe management.
The display acts as the user interface and has an active diagonal of 10 in. Graphics can be mirrored to an external monitor through one DVI-I port, while media and service tools connect through two USB 2.0 ports recessed in the side panel. Serial peripherals such as barcode scanners attach to the RS-232 9-pin Sub-D connector. The front measures 403.4 × 368.2 × 29.5 mm, and the PC housing extends 236 × 291 × 186 mm behind the mounting plane. The housing adds 11.5 kg to the support arm, and the PIII architecture supports legacy visualization stations or SCADA nodes alongside newer EtherCAT controllers.
