This new product CP7130-1007 represents Beckhoff's top-notch CP Panel PC Systems series as it merges industrial HMIs into one unified platform. The basic dimensions of the unit stand at 236 x 291 x 186 mm except for the control panel size which guarantees its proper placement in control cabinets. The weight of this PC variant stands at 11.5 kg when measured without the control panel making it suitable for use on standard panel cutouts. The 24 V DC power supply operates through a 22-30 V DC power range enabling it to connect to existing 24 V plant power distribution.
Power consumption sits at approximately 55 W for the basic version and scales to 87 W with larger displays. EMC compatibility meets EN 61000-6-2 immunity and EN 61000-6-4 emission standards along with the atmospheric humidity tolerance of 95% (non-condensing) to prevents moisture-related faults in high-humidity areas. Shock resistance feature covers 10–58 Hz at 0.035 mm and 58–500 Hz at 0.5 G (~ 5 m/s²) to safeguard internal components from machine vibrations. Due to an impact resistance of 5 G (~ 50 m/s²) for 30 ms, the system protects the chassis against mechanical knocks. With an IP rating of IP65 and transport and storage temperature range of -20 °C to +65°C, it allows system’s integrity during shipping and seasonal shutdowns.
Display dimensions with the alphanumeric keyboard mounted measure 403.4 x 368.2 x 29.5 mm on a 10-inch screen. The power supply load provides +5V at 14A, -5V at 0.3A, +12V at 12A, -12V at 0.5A, and +3.3V at 12A which supports diverse onboard electronics.
