The Beckhoff CP7103-0001-0030 CP Panel PC Series is designed to address the requirements of today’s industrial applications. This series provides a variety of Intel® processors: Celeron®, Pentium®, and Core™ i3/i5/i7 to meet customer needs and various usage requirements.
This series comes with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, which is a highly stable and reliable operating system for every industrial application. The cooling system is new in design and features cooling ribs between the control panel and the add-on PC to improve heat dissipation both on the control panel and the add-on PC. The design is highly versatile in terms of mounting flexibility with arm installation options that can be mounted from above or below depending on the workspace. An optional touch screen is provided which improves the users’ interface and effectiveness when operating the system. Memory and storage solutions are reliable, including DDR4-RAM and the availability of CFast drives with high access times and large storage capacity. The panel PC employs a 24 V DC power supply unit to provide a steady power supply without frequent power fluctuations. For networking, there are provided two Ethernet ports for connecting to other devices in the industrial networks. It has USB ports to connect several peripherals and IP65-rated connectors that make the system suitable for use in the industrial environment. It is capable of working in normal conditions up to 45 degrees centigrade.
For data protection, the SATA RAID 1 controller is integrated to copy the hard disks or SSDs to provide better data protection. Sturdiness is also well-considered and serviceability is also good considering that parts like the CFast cards, hard disks, or SSDs are easily accessible for replacement or modification. An optional Unintentional Power Supply (UPS) is available to be incorporated to enable the system to run even during power failure to enhance the level of system reliability. This product is covered by a one-year warranty from Wake Industrial.
