The CP7037-0001 is an operator panel produced by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. When linked to a host industrial PC through the CP-Link transmission system, the unit brings graphical process data and touchscreen commands directly to the machine door. This arrangement eliminates separate VGA, keyboard, and power cables, providing a compact front-end interface for distributed control architectures on production lines and similar automated equipment.
Key physical and connection parameters support installation outside the control cabinet. Connector assemblies carry an IP54 ingress protection rating, so dust and limited splashing cannot enter around the rear plug area. Two coaxial lines deliver video and USB data because the panel provides 2 x BNC CP-Link connectors, and this arrangement also feeds 24 V DC power to the electronics. A chassis thickness of 27.5 mm helps keep the panel flush with enclosure doors, while the 12 in active TFT display provides adequate viewing area for typical PLC visualization pages. Remote placement from the PC is possible because CP-Link supports cable runs up to 100 m, allowing the operator station to be mounted far from noisy drives or motion hardware.
The front side of the housing carries an IP65 rating, enabling washdown cleaning when the panel is mounted flush on machines.
