The CP7032-1101-0010 is a flat-panel industrial PC front end produced by Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed to serve as a human-machine interface, it mounts on control cabinets and connects to a separate computer unit through the CP-Link transmission system. By relocating processing hardware away from the production floor, the panel provides operators with touch and visualization functions while keeping heat-generating electronics in a protected zone, an arrangement frequently required in distributed automation lines. With its aluminum housing and sealed front surface, the device targets machine tools, packaging lines, and process skids that demand compact visualization hardware.
On the hardware side, the panel presents a 15 in TFT display set in a bezel that measures 458.8 mm wide and 410.2 mm high. Signal and power are transferred through the CP-Link interface, which is routed to the rear via 2 x BNC backplane connectors. Because both video and 24 V supply travel on the same link, no additional mains wiring is needed; the unit is powered via CP-Link for runs up to 100 m between panel and control cabinet. An overall depth of 28.5 mm permits flush installation in shallow enclosures, and the mating connectors carry an IP54 rating that shields them from incidental splashes during maintenance.
Environmental resilience rounds out the design. The front panel carries a IP65 ingress rating, while the assembly continues to operate at up to 95% RH non-condensing humidity. It withstands sinusoidal vibration of 0.5 G between 58 and 500 Hz and endures impacts of 5 G for 30 ms without functional loss. The rear casting rises to 387.6 mm yet preserves clearance for tight cabinet doors. Because power and data share one lead, strain relief is simplified during installation and service.
