The CP7032-1054-0010 is an industrial Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. It serves as a decentralized HMI node, delivering process visualization and command entry at the machine front end while the computing hardware can remain in a protected control cabinet through the CP-Link interface. A 15-inch TFT display, an aluminum front panel, and IP-rated sealing allow the unit to stand up to factory washdown, making it suitable for packaging lines, filling systems, and general machinery automation.
The operator panel presents information on a 15 in screen that uses TFT technology for wide viewing angles and crisp color graphics. Its cabinet intrusion is limited by a depth of 28.5 mm, and the bezel spans 483 mm in width to fit standard rack or arm-mount cutouts. The aluminum face and rear gaskets are certified to IP65, so dust and low-pressure water jets do not reach internal electronics. Data, power, and touchscreen signals are carried over CP-Link, which simplifies installation and minimizes cable stress. The panel receives its 24 V DC operating power through the same link, avoiding a separate field supply at the machine. Two coaxial cables route through the conduit, matching the specified cable count and type while preserving signal integrity in high-noise environments.
A height of 410.2 mm gives the display ample area for multi-window SCADA layouts, and installers can fasten the chassis through M6 mounting threads provided on the rear plate. Remote placement up to 100 m from the host PC is possible without repeaters, maintaining resolution and touch responsiveness over that distance. Environmental limits include 95% non-condensing relative humidity, and a separate rear plug zone is sealed to IP54 so connectors remain protected during routine washdowns.
