Product Description:
The Beckhoff’s CP7032-1018-0010 is a multi-touch CP panel used as an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) to control and visualize operations. For long-term use the display fluorescent lamp C9900-L366 is replaceable and it meets strict EMC standards as well as holds FCC class A approval for use in the USA and Canada.
The CP7032-1018-0010 CP panel measures 483 x 410.2 x 28.5 mm and features a bright 15-inch TFT display for monitoring with a maximum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. There is also an optional capacitive touchscreen and it includes a membrane keyboard with dedicated function keys. There are orange LED indicators that can be controlled via software for quick and at a glance operation. The CP7032 CP panel uses CP-Link technology for both data and power transmission. CP-Link A handles data transfer through a secure BNC connector while CP-Link B delivers both data and power via the same type of connection. It can support cable lengths up to 100 m to ensure stable communication between the control panel and the Industrial PC. A ground bolt on the back provides protective earthing while the panel front is rated IP65 for guarding against dust and water. The CP7032 CP panel’s connector area meets IP54 standards and has a rugged aluminum housing.
The CP7032-1018-0010 CP panel operates comfortably between 0 and 55°C and can be stored or transported in temperatures from -20 to 65°C. It can handle humidity levels up to 95% RH and is built to withstand vibrations and shocks specifically sinusoidal vibrations of 0.035 mm at 10 to 58 Hz and up to 0.5 G at 58 to 500 Hz. The CP7032 CP panel get power directly through the CP-Link connection to eliminate the need for external source.
