The CP7032-1012 is a 15-inch industrial panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Engineered as a front-end operator station, it combines display, touch input, and system wiring in a sealed housing for machine-level visualization. In distributed control architectures, it acts as the remote human-machine interface while computing tasks stay inside the control cabinet. The unit links to the host controller through CP-Link, carrying video, USB, and supply power over a single hybrid cable.
The unit includes a 15 in TFT display that renders process graphics at 1024 × 768 pixels, giving operators suitable image density for SCADA mimic diagrams. It supports continuous exposure to ambient temperatures from 0 to 55 °C, so no additional climate conditioning is required on standard shop floors. The front aluminum faceplate has an IP65 ingress rating, blocking dust and low-pressure water jets during washdown cycles. The unit tolerates shock loads of 5 G, 30 ms, allowing mounting on vibration-prone equipment such as stamping presses. CP-Link is the sole interface, and its signals reach the rear panel through two BNC sockets. An alphanumeric membrane keyboard and a capacitive touchscreen are integrated for data entry.
