The CP7032-0001 is a panel PC from Beckhoff’s CP Panel PC Systems series. It serves as a human-machine interface and control terminal in automated installations. By combining a touchscreen, dedicated PLC keys, and an integrated keyboard, the unit replaces separate operator panels and industrial PCs, streamlining visualization, parameter entry, and machine control on the factory floor. This layout keeps display functions and operator input in one housing.

Connector housings on the rear meet IP54, shielding signal lines against dust and splashing liquids, while the front display communicates with the host controller through the proprietary CP-Link interface that carries video, USB, and power over a single hybrid cable. Operators view process data on a 1024 × 768 pixel screen that spans 15 in diagonally, and the underlying TFT technology provides consistent brightness and contrast for control rooms or direct machine mounting. Ten PLC-specific keys allow rapid function calls, and the alphanumeric PC keyboard handles text input without requiring a separate input device. The resistive touch overlay supports gloved interaction, while two BNC jacks route the video link and as many as four user-accessible mounting holes simplify panel integration without additional brackets.

Cabling to the control cabinet can extend up to 100 m without repeaters, giving flexibility when the operator station must be placed away from electrical enclosures. The enclosure protrudes only 28.5 mm into the cabinet, conserving depth for other devices, while the visible panel measures 410.2 mm high and 483 mm wide to fit standard 19-inch cutouts.
