The CP7032-0001 is a unique control panel produced by Beckhoff Automation provide an easy and interface to communicate with automation systems in the industry. This product is equipped with a membrane keypad that may only be actuated by finger prints, the keypad provides operators with a complete control. The housing of the display is made from aluminum, this is resistant to rapid deterioration and is designed to allow for a direct mounting to the backplane of the control cabinet. Behind this product, there is are two CP-Link connections. The CP-Link A is designed for data transmission between the panel and the CP-Link interface card of the industrial PC. The supply voltage required by the Panel for operation is also received through this CP-link B connection.
Operators can establish a reliable protective earthing connection through the ground bolt which is also present at the back of the CP7032-0001 control panel. The electrical cables used to established power or signal connection between this panel and the control unit is not included in the delivery package of the product, these cables have to be ordered separately by the operator. The CP7032-0001 is equipped with a strong housing, however it is still vulnerable to extreme vibrations and impacts. While handling this product, it should be protected from excessive mechanical stress. Before installation, it should be kept in its original packaging.
