The CP7031-1005-0000 is a fanless panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Installed on machine fronts or operator stations, the unit acts as the remote human-machine interface for a central industrial controller over CP-Link. Its integrated display, wiring entry, and aluminum enclosure allow real-time visualization, alarm acknowledgment, and parameter entry directly in production zones without placing a full computer in the work area. This arrangement reduces cabinet depth and keeps the main computing hardware separated from the point of use. The fanless design also avoids drawing airborne debris into the enclosure during operation.
Its front surface meets protection class IP65, so sprayed liquids cannot penetrate the electronics. The display measures 12 in, and the TFT panel delivers full-color graphics for detailed status pages. Continuous duty is permitted up to 55 °C ambient because the aluminum housing spreads internal heat.
