Product Description:
The CP7022-1226-0000 is a front-panel computer supplied by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. It displays machine status, accepts user input, and passes commands to a central controller through a remote video and data connection. By combining a display and keypad in one panel-mounted unit, it reduces the need for separate operator hardware on packaging, material-handling, and process equipment. An aluminum front and sealed connectors let the unit mount directly on the machine without requiring an extra protective enclosure.
A screen diagonal of 15 in provides ample HMI space without making the front panel difficult to place on cabinet doors or machine frames. Its native resolution of 1024 x 768 keeps text and status graphics easy to read, and the TFT display supports stable color and fast refresh during active screens. Video, USB, and power are transferred through the proprietary CP-Link channel on coaxial leads with BNC terminations, a layout that helps resist electrical noise on factory floors. Cable runs of up to 100 m allow the panel to remain at the machine while the host IPC stays in a separate cabinet. Four mounting holes support alignment, and the 28.5 mm panel thickness helps the front sit flush against a gasketed cutout.
The enclosure is made of aluminum, which keeps weight down while also providing electromagnetic shielding for the electronics inside. For operator input, a numeric keypad sits below the screen so users can enter values or recipe codes even while wearing gloves. The unit has an overall height of 370.2 mm and a rear width of 515 mm, which helps it clear adjacent hardware when installed on doors or panels. Two cables exit the rear bulkhead in line with the internal routing path, and the four mounting holes accept standard M6 hardware for secure fastening in areas subject to vibration.
