The CP7011-1023-0010 is an operator-interface panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff and assigned to the CP Panel PC Systems series. It integrates a display, touch sensor, and communication electronics in a single housing so that production staff can issue commands, monitor process values, and adjust parameters directly on the machine. Through the CP-Link transmission concept, the panel communicates with a host industrial computer, allowing the visualization hardware to be mounted on the line while the computing hardware remains in the control cabinet.
This model is powered from a single 24 V DC source, simplifying cabinet wiring and eliminating the need for line voltage inside the enclosure. Its display measures 12.1 in diagonally and renders graphics at 800 × 600 pixels, giving adequate space for SCADA screens while keeping image files small. A resistive touch layer is included, so on-screen buttons can be pressed with a gloved finger or stylus. Data, video, and control signals travel over the CP-Link interface and exit the unit on 2 × BNC coaxial connectors. The link requires two coaxial cables of identical length, and signal integrity is maintained over runs as long as 100 m, letting the panel be installed far from the host without repeaters.
The enclosure is sealed to IP65 on the front, protecting the electronics from dust and hose-directed water during washdown. A color TFT panel is used, providing wide viewing angles and consistent brightness for operators standing off-axis. Mechanical dimensions support shallow mounting: the depth is only 27.5 mm, while the width and height are 353.8 mm and 326.3 mm, respectively. An aluminum housing dissipates internal heat without fans, and four threaded 4 × M6 × 18 mm mounting holes let the unit bolt directly to a machine frame or swing-arm bracket.
