The CP7002-1094-0010 is an industrial panel PC produced by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. Intended for machine-level human-machine interaction, it integrates computing hardware and a touch-enabled monitor into a single flat housing. Operators use the unit to visualize process data, acknowledge alarms, and enter set points directly at the production cell, eliminating the need for separate PCs or passive displays in compact automation layouts. This arrangement keeps the operator interface compact and places visualization directly at the machine.
Its front carries a TFT screen that measures 15 in, presenting crisp process graphics while fitting common cabinet cutouts. A housing depth of 28.5 mm lets the panel sit almost flush, and the aluminum bezel is sealed to IP65, blocking dust and water jets during washdown operations. The electronics survive shocks up to 5 G for 30 ms, protecting boards and storage media from incidental impacts. Power, video, and data are carried over the CP-Link interface through a BNC connector, and one hybrid cable can span up to 100 m between the panel and the host IPC without repeaters. This supports reliable visualization in packaging machines, filling lines, and other environments with frequent cleaning or vibration.
For enclosure integration, the rear connector zone has IP54 protection once plugs are mated, allowing installation in panels exposed to airborne oil or fine dust.
