Data, video, and touch signals travel over the CP-Link interface, allowing the computing unit to be located up to the maximum cable reach while the display remains on the production floor.
The operator views process data on a 15 in TFT that renders at 1024 x 768 pixels, so graphical elements are legible without scaling. A sealed aluminum front carries a rating of IP65, and the backplane connectors are protected to IP54, which helps the unit resist dust and splashing coolant. Continuous service from 0 to 55 °C covers typical cabinet climates without external conditioning. Two BNC sockets on the rear panel form the CP-Link channel, and the 2 × BNC layout simplifies daisy-chaining when multiple displays are present.
