Product Description:
The CP7001-1007-0000 is an industrial panel PC included in the CP Panel PC Systems series. As a compact fanless computer with an integrated display, it delivers operator interface and local control functions for PLC-based machines and process cells. The unit combines visualization, data processing, and network communication, making it suitable for distributed automation tasks where space and protection demands are strict. Its integrated screen lets operators view process data, alarms, and control pages directly at the machine. The sealed panel format also suits installations where a separate monitor and PC would take more space.
The front side is rated at IP65, so liquids and dust cannot reach the touchscreen during washdown. Connector areas on the rear carry an IP54 designation, giving reduced but adequate sealing once mated plugs are inserted. A 12 in diagonal TFT display renders graphics at 800 x 600 px, which matches standard SCADA layouts and avoids scaling artifacts. The housing is milled from Aluminum, which helps dissipate heat and keeps total mass low. Power and data are distributed through the CP-Link bus, eliminating separate supply wiring. Mounting uses an M6 thread, and the enclosure profile measures 353.8 mm in width, 326.3 mm in height, and 27.5 mm in depth, which helps the unit fit shallow control cabinets. An impact duration of 30 ms supports vibration and shock requirements for mobile equipment.
In operation, the panel withstands ambient humidity up to 95% RH, so it can remain reliable in damp plant areas. Shock testing confirms an impact resistance of 5 G, allowing the screen to remain functional on rolling machinery or crane platforms. Because video, USB, and power share the same CP-Link channel, a remote IPC or multi-touch control cabinet can be located as far as 100 m from the display without adding repeaters. This arrangement lets the display stay near the operator while the computing hardware is installed elsewhere in the system.
