The CP7001-1003 is a fanless Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Acting as both an operator terminal and an embedded controller, it combines a touch display with processing electronics so machine status can be viewed and adjusted directly on the cabinet door. Integrated CP-Link technology carries video, USB, and power over coax, allowing the unit to mount up to 100 m from the host IPC while presenting a consolidated human-machine interface for automated lines and process equipment. This arrangement helps separate the display location from the main control hardware when space inside the electrical enclosure is limited or when the screen must be placed closer to the machine process.
The front bezel is rated at IP65, blocking dust and low-pressure water jets encountered on production floors. Its touchscreen measures 12 in, giving operators clear graphics without forcing an oversized panel opening. A slim housing depth of 27.5 mm lets the device sit flush where rear clearance is tight, while an overall width of 353.8 mm supports secure clamp mounting in the panel cutout.
