Product Description:
The CP6932-1009-0000 is an industrial operator terminal manufactured by Beckhoff for its CP Panel PC Systems series. It integrates computing hardware, a touch-enabled display, and field connections in one housing, enabling HMI software to run directly at the machine front while supporting the supervision of motion, I/O, and diagnostic data from a single point. This configuration reduces cabinet wiring and provides a compact visualization node for automated production lines, packaging stations, and material-handling work cells.
A color TFT screen forms the visual interface, and graphics from the host controller arrive through one DVI Extended connection. The signal remains stable over distances up to 50 m, allowing flexible placement of the control cabinet. Power conductors with a cross-sectional area of up to 1.5 mm² fit the push-in terminals, and the electronics tolerate supply voltage decreases down to 22 VDC. Normal operation uses 24 VDC, matching the common control-voltage rail in industrial panels. Peripheral integration is handled by a USB 2.0 Type-B service port with a permitted cable length of 5 m, two Type-A outputs for storage devices or barcode scanners, a 480 Mbit/s USB-E interface, and an RJ45 connector that carries USB-E data to field-mounted extenders.
The power inlet is rated for 16 A, allowing the panel to share suitable low-voltage circuits without exceeding applicable breaker limits. The enclosure is rated IP65 at the front and IP20 at the rear; the front withstands washdown spray, while the rear electronics remain ventilated within a protected control area. Mechanical durability includes a shock resistance of 5 G for 30 ms, providing protection against impacts during transportation or operation on vibrating machine frames. The combination of front sealing, rear ventilation, and shock resistance supports installation in food-processing equipment, intralogistics systems, packaging machinery, and general industrial applications.
