The CP6921-0001-0000 is a fanless Panel PC supplied by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as an operator terminal and embedded controller, it combines a touchscreen display with integrated computing hardware so that machine status, HMI graphics, and real-time control tasks can run on one unit. In industrial automation cells, the compact system mounts directly on the cabinet door, linking fieldbus networks and supervisory software without the need for a separate PC chassis. The aluminum front resists washdown fluids while the rear section fits into standard control enclosures.
The control electronics are powered from a nominal supply of 24 VDC, delivered through a 5-pin connector that can carry up to 16 A. A separate 4 mm² functional earth terminal ensures low-impedance grounding for EMC compliance. Front sealing to IP65 allows direct mounting on process lines, while the rear housing stays at IP20, reflecting its protected position inside the cabinet cutout. For display connectivity, the integrated DVI-I port supports cable runs up to 50 m and handles Display Data Channel signaling at 50 kHz, so EDID and control data reach remote monitors without loss. Two USB 2.0 ports provide peripheral power and communication for legacy device support.
