Product Description:
The CP6919-0001-0000 is a panel-mounted industrial computer produced by Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for machine-level control and visualization, the unit combines a touchscreen front and an integrated PC so that PLC logic, HMI graphics, and data logging are executed inside one enclosure. Within an automation cell, it replaces separate controllers and monitors, reducing cabinet space and wiring while presenting real-time process information to operators and upstream supervisory systems. This layout keeps the display and computing hardware in one panel opening.
The electronics operate from a nominal supply of 24 VDC delivered through a five-pin power connector. The glass front is sealed to IP65, supporting washdown cleaning on food or packaging lines. An internal DDC channel moves backlight and status data at up to 50 kHz. Remote video leaves the housing over the DVI-E link and maintains signal quality for distances to 50 m, allowing the CPU to sit in a quieter area of the machine. Two USB 2.0 outputs are routed through an RJ45-based extender that transports peripheral traffic at 480 Mbit/s across extended cable runs. A local Type-B port remains available for local access and is limited to 5 m to satisfy USB requirements. The connector block includes a dedicated protective ground path for noisy loads.
The CP6919 has operating limits for power handling and enclosure protection. The inlet can conduct up to 16 A, covering start-up surges from attached drives or I/O modules. Rear housing integrity is classified as IP20, so the control cabinet must exclude conductive dust. Continuous service is allowed at ambient temperatures up to 55 °C, and the design tolerates relative humidity as high as 95 % without condensation. The unit is intended for enclosures that use passive airflow instead of dedicated climate control.
