Product Description:
The CP6911-0001-0000 is an industrial Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. This unit combines an integrated display, touch interface, and computing hardware in one housing, allowing it to serve as a machine-mounted operator station and supervisory controller. In production lines and automated cells, it provides local visualization and access to PLC functions while remaining protected against common shop-floor conditions. Its all-in-one format also reduces the need for separate operator panels and standalone control computers, which helps simplify machine layouts where space around the work area is limited.
Operating from a nominal supply of 24 VDC, the CP6911-0001-0000 draws power through a five-pin connector suited to standard field wiring. The aluminum front panel carries an IP65 ingress rating, so dust and low-pressure water jets cannot reach the electronics, while the rear remains at IP20 for cabinet ventilation. Shock tolerance is specified at 5 G, allowing the panel to withstand mechanical impacts that can occur during machine startup or transport. Continuous service is permitted up to +55 °C, enabling installation near heat-emitting equipment. An embedded controller drives a single-touch screen, accepts one DVI-D extended input for an auxiliary monitor, offers one USB extended input on the housing, and provides user wiring through a maximum conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm².
For peripheral integration, the panel supplies 2 downstream USB ports that comply with the 2.0 standard, while one upstream USB line is reserved for service access. The power entry can conduct up to 16 A, supporting startup inrush without external relays and helping maintain stable operation when connected devices are energized. Internally, the display is based on TFT technology for sharp color reproduction and clear presentation of machine status, alarms, and operating screens. Reliable operation in humid production areas is maintained up to 95% relative humidity, extending the device’s usability across packaging lines, washdown areas, and other humid installations where a compact operator interface is needed.
