The CP6907-1002-0000 is a compact panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. As a touchscreen operator station, it combines a TFT display with an integrated controller so production lines or machines can be supervised and adjusted from a single housing. The unit connects to Beckhoff I/O or third-party controllers and simplifies human-machine interaction in industrial automation applications where space savings and protection against shop-floor contaminants are required.
The aluminum front is sealed to IP65, allowing washdown cleaning while ventilation slots in the rear provide airflow for the electronics. Internal electronics operate from a nominal supply of 24 VDC, and the input voltage must remain above the 22 V minimum required for the power connection. A replaceable 4 A fuse protects the supply line, and the five-pin power plug is rated for 16 A to accommodate ground, return, and auxiliary circuits. Operation is permitted at a relative humidity of up to 95% without condensation. Protective bonding, suitable conductor sizing, and correct supply protection are required for a secure installation. The remote display connection also allows the panel and control electronics to be positioned separately when cabinet space or machine layout limits local mounting options.
