The CP6907-1001-0010 is a fanless Panel PC from Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. It is used as a remote operator station, with the display and touch interface connected over DVI and USB so the computing hardware can be installed in a separate control cabinet. This arrangement keeps the front panel accessible at the machine while moving heat-generating electronics away from the operator area. It is well suited for production lines that need a compact HMI surface at the machine and a protected PC location elsewhere in the enclosure.

The unit operates from a 22-30 VDC control supply, and its power connector accepts conductors up to 1.5 mm². At least 22 V must be available at the connector so the display can maintain full brightness and the touch function can respond reliably during use. Visual data is transmitted through the DVI connection for distances up to 50 m, which allows the panel to be mounted well away from the industrial PC. The integrated USB extension supports direct peripheral connections over short cable runs, and with the proper repeater modules it can maintain data transfer rates of 480 Mbit/s across longer installations.

For industrial operation, the panel supports ambient temperatures from 0 to +55 °C. The enclosure is rated Front IP65, Rear IP20, so the front surface resists dust and water jets while the rear section is intended for protected cabinet mounting. The assembly can withstand shock loads of 5 G, 30 ms and vibration levels of 10–58 Hz: 0.035 mm; 58–500 Hz: 0.5 G, which helps protect internal connections on moving or vibrating equipment. A locking power plug helps prevent accidental disconnection during operation. The integrated hub provides 2 USB ports for service devices, input peripherals, or barcode readers mounted near the operator panel.
