Product Description:
The CP6907-0001-0010 is a compact Panel PC produced by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as an HMI and control endpoint, it combines a motherboard, touch display, and field-wiring interfaces for machine-level visualization and soft-PLC execution in a single enclosure. The unit mounts on the front of a cabinet wall, where its touchscreen presents process data, alarms, and command controls to operators. Electronics at the rear exchange I/O and network traffic with the wider automation system.
The front bezel contains a TFT display and is sealed to IP65, preventing splash water and airborne dust from entering on the machine side. The electronics side has an IP20 rating that permits cooling within the cabinet. Internal power comes from a 24 V feeder with a nominal input of 24 VDC and an undervoltage limit of 22 V to protect the unit against brownouts. A five-pole, five-pin connector simplifies the DC connection and accepts conductors up to 1.5 mm². The incoming circuit may be protected by a breaker suitable for the connector load of 16 A. Local service devices can connect through a USB 2.0 receptacle, and the cable for a direct connection should not exceed 5 m to maintain signal integrity.
A DVI connection supports remote displays over distances of up to 50 m. An active USB-E extension supports the same distance, allowing auxiliary hubs to be installed at the machine frame. The housing tolerates ambient humidity of up to 95% when condensation is not present. Continuous operation is permitted at temperatures reaching +55 °C. During storage, the product can withstand temperatures from -25 °C to +65 °C without functional loss. The cabinet-mounted arrangement keeps the protected display accessible from the machine side while allowing heat from the rear electronics to dissipate inside an ordinary electrical enclosure.
