The CP6907-0001-0000 panel PC is manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. The model integrates a TFT display with an embedded control computer to serve as a compact human-machine interface for industrial automation lines, letting machine operators visualize status data and issue commands. Its design replaces separate monitors and industrial PCs, simplifying installation at the machine front while maintaining the durability needed on the factory floor. Because the display and control hardware are housed together, the unit can present operating screens, alarms, and process information directly where the machine is being used.
The electronics are supplied from a nominal 24 VDC source, and the input circuitry continues to operate down to 22 VDC at the plug, allowing tolerance for voltage drops. A five-pin power connector rated at 16 A accepts conductors up to 1.5 mm². On the front, the aluminum bezel and bonded glass achieve a protection class of IP65, so dust and low-pressure water jets cannot reach the display area. Two USB 2.0 ports provide service access, and devices attached directly may be cabled for 5 m. A USB-e extender supports longer runs while maintaining data throughput of 480 Mbit/s. This arrangement allows peripheral devices to be connected without forcing all supporting hardware to sit at the operator station, which helps keep the machine front compact and organized.
