Designed as an operator interface and embedded controller, it combines a touchscreen display with integrated processing hardware so that automation tasks, visualization, and machine diagnostics can be handled from one enclosure. In production lines, packaging cells, or building-management stations, the unit provides a single point for executing control code and monitoring field devices over Ethernet or fieldbus networks.
The processing section supports a maximum encoder capture rate of 50 kHz, allowing rapid response to high-speed digital feedback. For remote visualization, its DVI-I port maintains full resolution across cable runs up to 50 m, which is useful when the display must be mounted outside harsh zones. The aluminum front panel carries an ingress rating of IP65, sealing the touchscreen against dust and low-pressure water jets, while an internal power rail accepts a nominal supply of 24 VDC.
