Product Description:
The CP6902-0000-0010 is a panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. It integrates a TFT display and single-touch technology so operators can enter setpoints or acknowledge alarms directly on the screen. Because the computing core, I/O, and visualization are housed together, the unit functions as a self-contained HMI node in distributed control architectures. Typical roles include recipe selection, status indication, and parameter adjustment for drives, packaging lines, or material-handling cells.
Power is supplied through a 5-pin plug at 24 VDC, and operation is guaranteed down to 22 V. The connector is rated for up to 16 A, allowing peripherals such as USB modules or fieldbus adapters to draw current without overloading the internal distribution. Field wiring can be completed with conductors up to 1.5 mm², which are secured by screw clamps inside the mating socket. The power connector uses 5 pins for signal, ground, and sense lines that match the board layout. Six status LEDs on the front report boot sequence, storage access, temperature, and network activity. Installation uses pull-out clamping levers that tighten from the rear.
The front aluminum panel carries IP65 protection, blocking dust ingress and water jets, while the sheet-steel rear enclosure is rated IP20 so internal fans can exhaust warm air into the cabinet. Electromagnetic behavior follows EN 61000-6-4 for emission and EN 61000-6-2 for immunity, allowing the PC to operate next to variable-frequency drives without radiating disruptive noise or suffering dropped packets. Mechanical resilience is confirmed by EN 60068-2-27 testing that subjects the chassis to 5 G shocks for 30 ms along each axis, and no data corruption occurs during that event. The enclosure is suitable for machine-front installation in packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment.
