The CP6832-0001-0010 is an industrial panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed to act as the primary human-machine interface, it combines a touchscreen monitor, industrial keyboard, and embedded control hardware in a single enclosure for machine-level automation. By integrating computing power at the panel, the unit shortens cable runs, simplifies cabinet layouts, and gives operators immediate access to visualization, diagnostics, and manual control tasks right on the production floor.
The panel operates from a regulated 24 V DC source, allowing direct connection to common machine power supplies without an internal transformer. Its TFT display outputs a native resolution of 1024 × 768, giving clear visualization for SCADA graphics and alarm lists. The screen size of 15 in balances viewing area with compact cabinet footprints. Video can also be routed externally through the integrated DVI interface for mirrored or remote displays. Environmental sealing is provided by a front bezel rated at IP65, while the rear side remains IP20 so heat can dissipate into the control cabinet. Pull-out clamping levers secure the housing during panel-mount installation.
Two backplane USB ports support service tasks such as program loading or data backup and provide peripheral access without obstructing the video interface. User input is primarily through the projected-capacitive touch screen, but an alphanumeric PC keyboard with a US layout is fitted below the display for text entry, complemented by 10 dedicated PLC function keys. Status feedback is provided by LED indicators along the bezel. The cast front frame and rear cover are formed from aluminum, giving mechanical strength with low weight. Reliable operation is specified across an ambient range of 0 to 55 °C, matching typical enclosure cooling capacities.
