The CP6809-0001-0000 is a fanless Panel PC produced by Beckhoff and belongs to the CP Panel PC Systems series. As a combined computer and operator terminal, it installs on machine fronts to host visualization software, exchange data with PLCs, and present status feedback directly at the point of production. The unit integrates display, touch input, and industrial I/O in a single enclosure used as a human-machine interface throughout automation cells.
Its front carries a TFT display that measures 6.5 in diagonally and works at 640 x 480 pixels, providing clear VGA-level graphics on a compact screen area. A sealing gasket and stainless bezel raise the panel front to IP65, allowing wash-down cleaning without liquid ingress. Power arrives through a single 24 V DC line, simplifying wiring inside control cabinets. The backplane groups that voltage with DVI and USB signals on pre-formed connectors, and two USB ports are available for service tools or storage devices.
