Product Description:
The CP6803-0000-0011 is a built-in Panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. As a display-only operator terminal, it is mounted directly into machine enclosures and links supervisory HMI software with on-board control hardware. By combining a protected front face, industrial connectors, and a low-voltage input, the unit supplies visualization and status information while fitting the 24-volt power domain common in automation cabinets.
The unit presents a 19 in diagonal image area on a 1280 x 1024 native resolution TFT screen, giving sufficient pixel density for detailed process graphics. Its front panel carries an IP65 protection rating, so dust and water jets cannot reach the electronics when the bezel is properly sealed against the cabinet cutout. Because the front layout is display only, there is no integrated keyboard or touch sensor, and interaction is routed to external pointing devices attached through the rear interfaces. A fanless power section accepts 24 V DC, allowing the PC to share the same supply rail as sensors, PLC I/O, and safety relays without an additional AC source. The aluminum housing dissipates heat passively, and pull-out clamping levers secure the frame during installation so no screws are visible from the operator side.
Rear ingress protection is limited to IP20, matching standard control cabinet environments. The motherboard has 3 backplane connectors, enabling fieldbus or storage modules to be added without external wiring. Peripheral links are handled by a DVI/USB combination panel that routes video to an external monitor and supports human-interface devices. The unit has 2 USB ports, and no front USB socket is fitted. The absence of a touch screen and internal keyboard reduces sealing complexity and leaves the front glass unimpaired for easy cleaning.
