It is installed on control cabinets or arm systems and permits direct visualization, parameter entry, and status monitoring inside an automated cell. By merging PC-based control with fieldbus communication, the panel PC reduces wiring and allows decentralized processing near the machine.
The operator interface presents a 15 in active-matrix TFT display that yields crisp images at 1024 x 768 pixels, sufficient for multi-window SCADA layouts. Despite its generous screen area, the panel retains a slim profile; its enclosure depth is only 32 mm, while the bezel spans 430.4 mm in width and 403 mm in height, allowing flush mounting in limited cabinet doors. A DVI-D connector mirrors the screen content to an external monitor, and two USB Type A downstream ports comply with the USB 1.1 standard for barcode readers or USB flash drives.
System wiring is simplified through a single 24 VDC power input that feeds the motherboard and backlight.
