Product Description:
The CP6802-0011-0010 Panel PC is produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Serving as an integrated human-machine interface, it combines processing electronics, a graphics display, and field wiring points so that operators can monitor processes and issue commands directly at the machine. The built-in design is intended for flush mounting in control cabinets, giving equipment builders a compact visualization platform while keeping the computing hardware inside the protected enclosure used in industrial automation.
Its visualization capabilities start with a 15 in active-matrix screen that renders graphics at 1024 × 768 pixels. The TFT display technology supports wide viewing angles and consistent color reproduction needed for status mimics and alarm banners. A sealed aluminum front panel carries a IP65 rating, blocking dust and water jets when the cabinet door is closed, while the rear electronics zone is classified as IP20 for use inside protected enclosures. The front layout omits mechanical keys, allowing a smooth, cleanable surface suited to food or pharmaceutical machinery. The unit supports reliable touch-based control in washdown or particulate-laden areas without additional protective shrouds.
The unit functions between 0 to 55 °C, enabling installation in control rooms that warm during continuous operation. A backplane header supplies DVI, USB, 24 V connections, and the board provides 2 dedicated USB ports for service sticks, scanners, or UPS adapters. Signal transfer to a remote multitouch monitor or industrial PC is handled through the integrated DVI/USB data interface. During assembly, the chassis is inserted from the front and secured with Pull-Out Clamping Levers, so installation does not require special tools. The metal housing sheds internal heat and keeps all rear wiring inside the enclosure.
