Product Description:
The CP6719-0001-0000 is a compact panel PC produced by Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for mounting on machine fronts, it combines an industrial touchscreen, integrated processor board, and field-level I/O connections so that control programs and operator dialogs run in the same housing. By replacing a separate industrial PC and HMI with one sealed unit, it supports real-time motion control, data logging, and visualization tasks common on automated packaging lines, conveyor cells, and process skids.
This model uses fanless convection cooling, eliminating moving air filters and reducing maintenance in dusty production areas. The aluminum front meets IP65, protecting the unit against dust and low-pressure water jets, while the rear remains IP20 for cabinet ventilation. Internal electronics draw power from a 24 VDC supply, so the unit can connect directly to standard control-panel power buses. Dual Gigabit controllers provide a 10/100/1000BASE-T interface, and two RJ45 jacks allow separate machine and plant networks without a switch. Four Type-A receptacles use USB 2.0 for barcode scanners or service drives, while one CFast slot and a 2.5-inch SATA bay accommodate the operating system and user data. The 3.5-inch motherboard provides PC-class performance in a shallow enclosure, and a DVI-I connector supports mirrored diagnostic output on a remote monitor.
The electronics can operate at ambient temperatures up to +55 °C and remain stable at relative humidity levels as high as 95% without condensation. The chassis withstands impacts of 5 G during handling, making it suitable for industrial environments where occasional mechanical shocks may occur. It also endures continuous vibration of 0.5 G across a frequency range of 10–500 Hz, allowing installation on mobile carts or directly on machinery such as stamping presses.
