Product Description:
The CP6707-0001-0050 is a Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. It functions as an integrated industrial computer that mounts directly in a machine panel to execute visualization, control, and data-collection tasks. By combining computing electronics, field interfaces, and storage access behind an aluminum front and sheet-steel rear cover, the unit provides a compact solution for PC-based automation without a separate cabinet-mounted computer.
Its power section accepts a nominal 24 VDC input through an eight-pin connector, delivering regulated energy to the internal controllers. Because the enclosure is fanless, thermal dissipation relies on passive convection, eliminating intake fans that could introduce dust. The enclosure has an IP65 front / IP20 rear rating, so washdown fluids do not enter through the front while rear connectors remain inside a protected cabinet. Integrated networking is provided by 2 x 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports, enabling simultaneous real-time control and enterprise communication. Four service ports appear as 4 x USB 2.0 interfaces for maintenance keys, data backups, or external input devices.
External graphics are driven through 1 x DVI-I, offering both digital and analog signaling for remote displays. The computing core resides on a 3.5-inch motherboard, allowing a shallow installation depth behind the panel and leaving space for the single CFast card slot on the bottom rear side. Mechanical durability is reinforced by a shock tolerance of 5 G / 30 ms, protecting solid-state media during rapid machine motions. During installation, the housing is secured with pull-out clamping levers, pressing the bezel firmly against the cutout while keeping bottom-side connectors, Ethernet, the UPS output rated at 27 V / 1.4 A, and other I/O accessible for field wiring.
