This product unites an industrial computer, a 15-inch display, and a touch interface in one compact housing that mounts flush in a machine door or cabinet front. In automated production lines, it functions as both a control node and a human-machine interface, running application software while presenting real-time status, parameter lists, and alarm dialogs. By eliminating separate box PCs and standalone displays, it streamlines wiring and reduces panel depth requirements.
The unit operates from a regulated supply of 24 VDC and typically draws only 38 W, allowing it to share low-voltage power rails with sensors and I/O modules. Its 15 in TFT screen uses a resistive touch sensor at a native resolution of 1024 x 768, giving enough pixel density for detailed process graphics. Network connectivity is provided by two RJ45 interfaces that support 2 x 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet for PLC links or supervisory system traffic. Service and peripheral integration are handled by 2 x USB 2.0 ports on the rear panel, while a single RS232 connector maintains compatibility with legacy serial devices.
