Product Description:
The CP6702 is a subproduct family under the CP Panel PC series by Beckhoff International. The CP6702 product line is designed as a built-in panel PC capable of performing automation tasks, computations, and data handling during industrial operations. Products under the CP67XX family come in different sizes, resolutions, and screen lengths. Furthermore, some products under the CP67XX product line can also come with or without keypads. The CP6702, in particular, has a 15-inch diagonal display, a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, and a dimension of 430 mm by 403 mm by 32 mm. Because of its aluminum casing, the CP6702 is a relatively light panel PC.
Aside from its impressive display, the CP6702 also features several serial communication ports and interfaces for establishing communication and network functions. Instead of a DVI interface, the CP6702 has a D-SUB 9-pin plug for establishing RS232 communication. It also has a WAGO built-in cage clamp interface for connecting to a 24 VDC power supply. In terms of its network function, the CP6702 can be used to establish a network connection via its RJ-45 Ethernet connector. With this RJ45 connector, the CP6702 can transmit data at an impressive rate of 10/100 Mbit. Finally, the CP6702 also features two USB-A ports for generic and standard USB devices.
To avoid damaging the PC during operation, it is recommended to maintain the suitable ambient temperature and relative humidity below 55 degrees Celsius and 95%, respectively. It is also imperative to keep the panel PC away from poorly ventilated and dusty operating environments. To mount the CP6702 properly, the clamping levers must be released by using a No. 3 Allen key.
