Product Description:
The CP6619-0000-0000 is a Panel PC assembled by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as a compact industrial computer with an integrated display, it mounts on the machine front and acts as the local visualization and control station for PLC-based equipment. It presents process graphics, accepts operator input through the integrated touchscreen, and forwards commands to the control network without requiring an external PC. This architecture shortens cable runs, reduces the heat load inside the enclosure, and simplifies setup in automated plants.
The unit draws a nominal 24 V DC supply and remains operational down to 22 V, allowing it to tolerate moderate voltage drops on long DC rails. Power is routed through a connector rated at 16 A, and conductors up to 1.5 mm² fit the terminals for typical control wiring. On the display side, a DVI interface supports cable runs up to 50 m, allowing the electronics box to remain inside the cabinet while the screen is mounted on the door. The aluminum front provides IP65 ingress protection once panel-mounted, whereas the rear side is rated IP20 because it resides in a dry, protected enclosure. A single-touch sensor accepts commands through the overlay, and the assembly withstands continuous vibration of 0.5 G at an amplitude of 0.035 mm without signal loss.
Two USB 2.0 sockets provide access for local peripherals. Devices connected directly must remain within a cable length of 5 m, while the integrated USB-e repeater supports longer connections at a sustained throughput of 480 Mbit/s. This extended connection allows barcode scanners and other compatible peripherals to be positioned away from the panel while maintaining data transfer. The housing withstands production-floor shocks of 5 G for 30 ms without affecting the solid-state electronics. Its sealed front helps protect the operator interface from dust and water exposure on packaging lines, material-handling stations, and similar automated equipment.
