The CP6502-0001-0030 is a Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines an industrial touchscreen, control electronics, and standard PC interfaces in one housing so machine builders can implement visualization, data acquisition, and local control without a separate computer inside the cabinet. By placing the computing hardware directly on the production line, the unit simplifies wiring and shortens signal paths between the operator interface and field devices.
The front side integrates a 15 in TFT display that presents process graphics at 1024 x 768 resolution, giving operators clear status readings and alarm messages. A projected-capacitive touchscreen replaces mechanical keys, while the sealed aluminum front carries a rating of IP65, allowing washdown with low-pressure water jets. Networking to the plant backbone is handled through a single 1 x RJ45 Ethernet port, and removable media or service equipment can be connected to the system’s 4 USB ports.
