The product integrates an industrial PC, a 12-inch TFT display, and a sealed membrane keypad into a single front panel so that motion, I/O, and supervisory tasks can be executed next to the machine frame. By combining computing power and onboard controls, the unit streamlines installation in automated packaging, assembly, or process lines that need a compact yet serviceable HMI. Its panel-mounted layout keeps visualization and command access close to the machine.
The display measures 12 in on the diagonal and presents graphics at 800 x 600 pixels, a size that keeps images legible while fitting into confined operator stations. Input is captured through a single-finger touch screen, and twenty membrane buttons include ten dedicated PLC special keys plus a row of function keys for quick command recall. Four downstream ports rated at 4 x USB 2.0 allow barcode scanners, flash storage, or maintenance keyboards to be connected without extra hubs. A single RS232 port supports legacy serial devices, and the front plate mounts into a 358.2 × 328.2 mm cutout while the overall housing measures 372.2 × 342.2 × 58 mm, permitting shallow mounting in swing arms or console doors.
