The CP6207-0001-0020 is a panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff and positioned inside the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines an embedded controller with a projected capacitive touch interface, allowing machine-level control commands and status monitoring without an external computer. The unit is intended for installation on control cabinets or operator stations where a space-saving, integrated human-machine interface is required.
The electronics are supplied from a 24 VDC source, and internal consumption is limited to a stated power-status load of 0.5 A, so the auxiliary supply can be sized appropriately. Both the connector rating and the maximum fuse rating are 16 A. Network connectivity is provided through 2 × 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, which support real-time fieldbus tunneling as well as standard TCP/IP traffic. A single 1 × DVI-D interface allows connection of an external monitor for duplicated or extended visualization. Four front-accessible 4 × USB 2.0 sockets accommodate service keyboards, data log extraction, or wireless adapters, while a Compact Flash slot provides removable solid-state storage for the operating system or recipes. The aluminum front bezel carries an IP65 protection rating, so dust and low-pressure water jets cannot enter the display area during washdown or routine cleaning operations. Touch input through the integrated screen eliminates mechanical keys and simplifies hygiene in food or pharmaceutical environments.
The enclosure measures 183 × 128.5 × 90.2 mm, making it suitable for shallow mounting depths inside equipment frames. A front plate made of aluminum is joined to a back shell made of steel plate, giving the assembly electromagnetic shielding and impact resistance. Power is introduced through an 8-pole plug that also routes the protective conductor to an M4 ground stud on the housing. Rear surfaces meet an IP20 rating because they are installed inside the cabinet, and the Compact Flash door is located there for secure access.
