Beckhoff's CP6203-1016-0010 is a hybrid component of the CP Panel PC Systems, combining mechanical fastening capability with integrated control functions. Intended for press-fit installation in industrial panel assemblies, it has a passivated finish 10-32 UNF stainless steel threaded insert. Measuring 0.625 inches in length, it delivers tensile strength up to 2,000 lbs, hence ensuring strong and robust mechanical integration—perfect for high-vibration or load-bearing circumstances. With a 3½-inch very integrated motherboard, this variation on the electronics side enables either an Intel® Celeron (dual-core) or Intel® Core™ i3 (dual-core) CPU, therefore combining tiny size with constant performance. Appropriate for machine building and plant engineering, it offers smooth interaction with EtherCAT control systems. Supporting Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, the system provides a uniform operating platform for embedded and real-time applications. It contains two (02) PCIe expansion ports for Beckhoff-specific modules and two (02) Ethernet connections, therefore allowing advanced communication and system scalability. Data storage is supported via a CFast card as well as a 2½-inch HDD or SSD. Cooling is handled by speed-controlled twin ball-bearing fans, hence 2 cm (centimeter) of space near the fan cartridge is required to maintain optimal airflow. Running in a temperature range of 0° to 55° C, the device is powered by a 24 V DC source (Volts of Direct Current); optional support for an internal UPS assures system dependability in case of power loss.
