The CP6203-0021-0021 is a fanless Panel PC produced by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. It installs flush into a machine door or console cutout, bringing Windows-based control logic, visualization, and data logging to the same surface that holds the operator display. The model integrates multiple USB and Ethernet interfaces plus traditional serial connectivity, allowing it to bridge new fieldbus networks with legacy RS232 devices. In an automation cell, it typically hosts the human-machine interface, collects diagnostics from PLCs, and forwards production statistics to higher-level systems.
The display renders at a native resolution of 1280 × 1024, delivering a square-aspect image suitable for classic supervisory screens and NC dashboards. On the network side, two Gigabit interfaces presented on 2 × RJ45 connectors create isolated control and office channels without requiring an external switch. For removable media and maintenance tools, the front bezel carries 1 × USB A, while the rear panel adds 4 × USB 2.0 for service dongles, cameras, or wireless adapters. A dedicated COM1 port configured as RS232 supports barcode readers or legacy drive controllers that have not migrated to fieldbus standards.
