The CP6203-0021-0010 is a Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines an industrial computer with an integrated display so that machine operators can visualize processes, acknowledge alarms, and launch diagnostics from the cabinet door without adding a separate controller. Ethernet-based fieldbus masters and Windows-based control software run directly on the device, allowing the unit to act as the central hub of an automated cell.
The front incorporates a 19 in TFT that renders graphics at 1280 x 1024 pixels, and this resolution provides clear detail for parameter lists, trend curves, and camera images. A Single-Finger resistive touch screen registers actuation through gloves, eliminating the need for a front-panel keyboard. Video duplication or remote mounting is supported through a 1 x DVI connector, while network integration is handled by 2 x Ethernet ports that separate machine traffic from plant-level communication. One USB-A receptacle on the front bezel accepts memory sticks for recipe transfers, and four additional USB ports on the rear accommodate service peripherals.
The aluminum faceplate carries an IP65 rating, so dust and low-pressure water jets do not reach the electronics, while the rear remains inside the control cabinet. Mechanical installation uses a cutout that measures 443 mm in height and 378 mm in width. With its 390 mm front width and 465 mm front height, the bezel overlaps the panel opening to compress the gasket and hold the front seal against the cabinet surface. The internal CBxx51 system board supplies serial legacy support through one RS232 port, and it also provides four rear USB connections for scanners, backup drives, or other peripheral devices.
